To reduce the homeless population by 78% just by buying back old and abandoned buildings turning them in to some form of home

To have a reserve for schools and university students that can pay off debts pay for school supplies and lunches

To fully fund a better Healthcare system so that those who need better health care facilities can have them

To bolster Unions and expand them to have retirees and elders unions , student and minimum wage unions , unemployed and homeless people's unions , farmers and farm hands unions , sanitation and volunteer unions, etc. for every state

We would just need to take from defense spending in orders to finance this
